The International Festival of Language and Culture (IFLC) is an annual celebration and showcase the range of linguistic talents and cultural diversity from around the world. IFLC started in 2003 in Turkey with students from 17 countries. In 2014, 145 countries took part in the events across the world with more than 2000 participants.

The purpose of the International Festival of Language and Culture is to celebrate diversity and promote inclusion. This event provides participating students great opportunities to present aspects of their language and culture with other students from around the world and to local audiences in host countries.

In 2018, the global IFLC franchise celebrated its 16th year and it was the 4th IFLC in Australia. Amity College, in co-operation with Affinity Intercultural Foundation co-hosted the 2018 International Language and Culture Festival on Saturday, 5th May 2018 at ICC Sydney in Darling Harbour.

The return of International Festival of Language and Culture (IFLC) to Sydney in 2018 was a spectacular celebration of global unity, hosted at the iconic International Convention Centre (ICC). Co-hosted by Amity College, the event brought together talented youth from around the world to share their cultures through vibrant performances of song, dance, and poetry. From traditional costumes to powerful messages of peace and friendship, IFLC Sydney 2018 showcased the beauty of diversity and the unifying power of art. With hundreds in attendance, including community leaders and families, it was a truly unforgettable evening of inspiration and cultural exchange.
